Accident experience survey

NowAccident is free, and it stays free. If you choose the Accident experience survey topic, tell us what was hardest in the days after your crash, what you wish you had written down sooner, and what nobody explained to you. Those answers shape what the next accident victim finds here.

The survey is voluntary and separate from your record. Do not include accident details, medical information, claim numbers, or anything from your Case File — this form is not private storage, and nothing you save in your Case File is attached to it.
