Service scope, user responsibilities, acceptable use, and the limits of NowAccident’s free recordkeeping tools.
Last updated July 29, 2026
These Terms govern your use of NowAccident, operated by Accilabs. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What NowAccident provides
NowAccident provides free tools for recording, organizing, saving, exporting, and selectively sharing information supplied by a user about a vehicle accident.
No professional advice or relationship
NowAccident is not a law firm, medical provider, insurer, claims adjuster, repair provider, referral service, or professional recommendation service. It does not give legal, medical, insurance, financial, or repair advice. Using the service does not create an attorney-client, doctor-patient, insurer-insured, or other professional relationship.
Your records and decisions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter and for deciding what to save, export, or share. Preserve important original documents elsewhere. A private share link can be opened by anyone who obtains it until it expires or is revoked.
Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not access another person's records or use another person's account without authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service; bypass access controls; upload malware; scrape or disrupt the service; impersonate another person; violate intellectual-property, privacy, or other rights; or use the service for unlawful conduct.
Your content
You retain rights in content you submit. You give Accilabs the limited permission needed to store, process, display, and transmit it at your direction and to operate the service.
Service availability and changes
Features may change, be suspended, or be unavailable. We may restrict access to protect users or the service. We will not intentionally make an account record public without the account owner's action or a valid legal requirement.
Third-party services
Links, authentication providers, and hosting or email services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Accilabs does not control their independent services.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Accilabs does not warrant that every record is complete, that the service will always be uninterrupted, or that third-party information is accurate. We do not promise any claim, legal, medical, insurance, repair, or financial outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. Accilabs may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated violation, security risk, or legal requirement.
Changes to these Terms
We will post an updated effective date for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means the revised Terms apply.
